I worked as a Clerical/Admin Staff for 22 years in various Industry such as Data Processing, Management Consultancy, Real Estate, and School/Training Center. Through this, I was able to develop and enhance my versatility and flexibility in handling various task such as file management, data entry, and Admin support. After that I joined the BPO Industry as an Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Representative for consumer accounts. My main task is to answer customer’s queries and help them with their concerns. I have handled various accounts such as Telecommunication, Online Shopping and Healthcare. I have been with the industry for 4 years now and this is where I was able to fully develop my customer service and communication skills. Getting to deal with various people from all walks of life has not only developed my patience but also my understanding.

I have also been a Virtual Assistant locally and I can do an average of 52 words per minute with 100% accuracy. I can speak and write English well and I am capable and confident to talk to anyone be it Skype, VoIP or any other service. I am good with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I have a very good ISP and have a fiber connection with 10mbps with unlimited data, (That is already a very good connection here in the Philippines.)

I am hard working, have a keen eye on detail and very motivated. I can work with minimal supervision and rest assured that I can deliver.
