I am a third-year Computer Science student with strong technical skills and a solid understanding of operating systems, user support, and troubleshooting. I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in informatics with a focus on the German language. My experience in IT service environments and my proficiency in Windows, Linux, networking basics, and scripting make me a great fit for IT support and system assistant roles. I am eager to continue growing in a technical support environment where I can contribute to maintaining efficient and secure systems.
