I've been trained at the best hotel school in Africa, the School of Tourism and Hospitality of the University of Johannesburg; and not only was given a good theoretical skill set, but also practical knowledge from learning under managers in the industry.

My skills from working for three years are Service Management and cost control; Culinary and catering skills; Nutritional planning; Video Editing; Social/Community development; School pupil mentoring, and others; and a wide range of computer and fast work apps.
