Given my experience working remotely as an Advanced AI Data Trainer, I believe I am uniquely well-suited for this role. I’ve become an expert in training AI models through a variety of methods, including but not limited to, red-teaming, SFT, and RLHF. I know the ins and outs of tuning, refining, and breaking LLMs through writing (creative, academic, and professional), proofreading, annotating, and labelling. I possess a keen eye for detail, always taking care to not let errors or issues pass me by uncorrected. Throughout my two years as a data trainer, I’ve maintained consistently high degrees of productivity, quality, and accuracy, ensuring my team always exceeds client expectations. I’m certain my skills, knowledge, and experience will translate immensely well to this role. Of course, I recognize that I will be presented with new challenges and be asked to venture into unfamiliar territory. However, not only am I prepared for these challenges, I look forward to them. I am highly adaptable and thrive in rapidly-changing environments. In just two years, I’ve worked on six unique projects for three different clients, and handled each new responsibility better than the last.
