I am working with start-up companies and corporations as legal advisor, business consultant or project manager.

I used to work in the "Big Law", for CMS - Law & Tax before leaving to start my own practice in September 2017. 

My legal expertise extends to corporate law, taxes, financial regulations, and commercial law. I also advise on optimisation of business processes, and occasionally take on the responsibilities of a project manager. 

I am an entrepreneur at heart, and a lawyer by education and training, which makes for a good combination in today's global legal landscape.
