• Intervened the client company “A Right Car” in Orlando, USA by producing all planning and first
stage execution of the company’s first online credit approval system and direct customer online
sales service. We achieved a growth in sales of US$100,000 in one month.
• Intervened the client company “Oxymet” in Soacha, Colombia with agile methodology to develop
their online presence and an MVP for a Raw Material Mix software. We achieved the closing of 3
major export clients with sales of US$300,000 per month. The Raw Material Mix Software allowed
the company to control and measure profit adequately and helped launch it into a full company
sale for twice the company’s initial value.

• Develop and launched the company’s first APP solution to receive payments in Colombia: PayU
Swipe.
• Develop the online account registration or client on boarding process for Colombia, Mexico, Brazil
and Peru with over 2,500 merchants subscribed per month during the first four months.
• Optimized the aggregator’s TPV (Total Processed Volume) from US$6Million per month to
US$15Million per month in a four-month period in Colombia.
• Develop the Payments Link service for aggregator account in Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Brazil.
The service is being used today by the company’s APP “PayU Business”.
• Implemented the company’s anti fraud system (MAF) in Colombia, Mexico and Perú.
