My name is Luis Manuel Palacios Calderon, In the past 8 years I´ve worked in customer service for retail Company and 1 year as legal assistant for a law firm. My primary role as customer service representative included placing online orders, assist with order issues like delivery issues or missing items etc., processing returns and assist with website navigation. During my career; I´ve demonstrated the ability to help businesses with feedback on policies, procedures and improve levels of customer service.
As part of this got promoted to Team Lead showing high level of knowledge not only on product also in system usage and customer service techniques that help the businesses to grow as Company, as result of this got promoted as Trainer for the campaign, having constant communication with the client in the USA, being part of train the trainer in Philippines in 2018 and train a whole new site in Guatemala for 3 months.
As Legal Assistant my primary role was enhances attorney effectiveness by developing case information, evidence, transcription and contacting clients to complete missing information; escalating through 3 different tiers as staff 3,7 and 8 in less than a year.
