Hello / good day, graduated in Industrial Engineering, born in Bolivia, I am an analytical and adaptative person, also result-oriented. I easily understand business situations, which can let me find and try different solutions for a given situation. For the past 20 years, I´ve been working in different areas, growing, and gaining experience from the bottom up to responsible positions. I have worked in three major areas: Process Management, Project Management, and a bit of Human Resources.
I gained experience as a consultant and an executive during my working time. That is how I developed the ability to adapt fast, but most importantly, to always find ways to improve the operational results.
I have great experience working with some tools that are handy in many business situations, such as MS Office, Google Suite, Visio (flowcharts), Click-Up, and, Notions.
In process management, I work on my projects under two main ideas: Value Chain and ISO 9001. But I can also use the Lean, Six Sigma approach to improve results.
In Human Resources, I have good experience recruiting. But, I enjoy developing performance appraisals, elaborating training programs, and evaluating the working environment (and its improvement).
