As a former hotelier for more than thirteen years, I grew accustomed to handling customer queries, concerns, and demands in the best way possible to achieve or retain customer satisfaction in a regular basis. Other responsibilities, that are equally important, were gathering and verifying data from various sources to provide the company and guests with updated and accurate data. Commonly used tools were Microsoft Office, Google Search, and personal initiatives.
Now, since I ventured into the work at home industry, I would like to build my business utilizing the skills I honed through the years. Each client I get will expect the same focus, great results, and dedication from me in handling assigned projects.
