I work at the intersection of customer support and business operations, helping teams stay organized, respond faster, and manage their systems without chaos creeping in.
My background in banking gave me a strong foundation in customer handling, attention to detail, and accountability. But I didn’t want to stay boxed into one role, so I started building practical experience in CRM systems, support tools, and workflow management. Not theory. Actual hands on work.
I have worked with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Dropbox, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Calendly, Zoom, and Zapier. Through real projects, I’ve cleaned and structured messy spreadsheets, imported and organized contacts in HubSpot, created lists and custom properties, and tested workflows that improve how teams manage leads and customer interactions.
One thing I noticed early, most businesses don’t really have a tool problem. They have a structure problem. Tools are there, but everything feels scattered. I’ve worked on fixing that by organizing customer data, setting up simple workflows, and making systems easier to use so teams don’t waste time figuring things out every day.
I’ve also created demo environments and walkthroughs to show how platforms like HubSpot, Freshdesk, and project management tools can be used effectively for customer support, task management, and internal collaboration. It forced me to not just “know” the tools, but actually use them in a way that makes sense.
When it comes to customer support, I don’t overcomplicate it. People want to be heard, understood, and helped without friction. I focus on clear communication, calm problem solving, and proper follow up, because that’s what actually builds trust.
I’m open to roles in customer support, virtual assistance, CRM management, and operations support. I can work independently, adapt quickly, and keep things moving even when processes aren’t perfect yet.
If you need someone who can support your customers and quietly fix the backend chaos at the same time, we’ll get along just fine.
