I am a Certified Industrial Engineer with sufficient experience in government research and development focusing on Science and Technology innovation and intervention. I am a highly motivated professional with competent experience in private manufacturing and logistics operations, specializing in administrative management, customer relations, standardization, and continuous improvement. During my first 4 to 5 years working in the private sector, my skills and knowledge are exposed by generating and standardizing operational documents such as Work Instructions (WI), SOP's, policies, and guidelines. I have done quality audits for Good Warehousing Practices, 5S, Records Management, and 8 Wastes Walks. Furthermore, I specialize in facilitating training related to Operations KPI achievement and providing workshops on how to effectively conduct root-cause analysis and other problem-solving methods in order to come up with effective and efficient corrective and preventive actions. After that, I decided to work for a government agency as a Project Technical Assistant, where I showcased my skills in project management and technical research. I managed project execution from initial assessment stages until final implementation and acted as key representative for customer relations, particularly with project adjustment requests, billing and payment proceedings, and re-alignment of line-item budgets. I even conducted client process and production assessment for possible Science and Technology Intervention and Development projects. This also involved (1) conducting root cause analysis and generating effective corrective actions for unmet targets, customer complaints, and customer requests; (2) facilitating Risk Registry generation and updating of potential risks and opportunities in the organization; (3) facilitating biannual project strategic planning to meet set target based on deadlines; and (4) generating technical documents such as project proposals, business letters, invitations, and formal requests. Currently, I work as an Operations Analyst (Consultant) in an Australian company focusing on (1) creating and standardizing documentation for operating procedures, policies, and work instructions; (2) reviewing and managing the company-wide and departmental key performance indicators (KPI); (3) innovating and conducting continuous improvement initiatives for the organization and its various business functions; (4) developing and implementing operational strategies to improve service efficiency and effectiveness; and (5) conducting internal audits and review of standard operating procedures.
