I am a Certified Industrial Engineer with sufficient experience in government research and development focusing on Science and Technology innovation and intervention. I am a highly motivated professional with competent experience in private manufacturing and logistics operations, specializing in administrative management, customer relations, standardization, and continuous improvement. During my first 4 to 5 years working in the private sector, my skills and knowledge are exposed by generating and standardizing operational documents such as Work Instructions (WI), SOP's, policies, and guidelines. I have done quality audits for Good Warehousing Practices, 5S, Records Management, and 8 Wastes Walks. Furthermore, I specialize in facilitating training related to Operations KPI achievement and providing workshops on how to effectively conduct root-cause analysis and other problem-solving methods in order to come up with effective and efficient corrective and preventive actions. After that, I decided to work for a government agency as a Project Technical Assistant, where I showcased my skills in project management and technical research.
