Lucille’s journey in customer service and administrative support began after earning her marketing degree in 2016. She first honed her skills at AT&T as a Billing Representative before moving into order processing at Big Lots and later handling product listings and customer service for Amazon. In 2020, she took on the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO of HDD Recovery, managing schedules, operations, and strategic planning. Alongside this, she juggled multiple roles, including joining Kyte as a Customer Service Representative in 2021. Her problem-solving skills and leadership quickly made her a key team member, leading to her promotion to Team Manager in 2024, where she now oversees operations and ensures top-tier customer experiences. With a knack for efficiency and adaptability, Lucille thrives in fast-paced roles, turning challenges into solutions with a strategic and hands-on approach.
