Having have worked with organizations such as Intermedia Development Consultants (iDC), International Legal Institute of Africa Centre for Legal Excellence(ILI-ACLE), Rukundo ltd and Little Angels Network, she attained various skills such as monitoring and evaluation, project management (specifically deliverables of project plans and ensuring it is within budget, working closely with suppliers to ensure quality assurance of products), Human resource management (with focus on training of new staff and employee retention).
