Throughout my career, I’ve recruited professionals from different areas — including IT, Sales, Customer Service, and Administration — which gave me a broad understanding of diverse profiles and business needs.

I’ve managed the full recruitment cycle: writing job descriptions, screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing feedback.

Currently, I offer remote recruitment support for companies and HR consultants who need help organizing and filtering large volumes of applications. My strengths are attention to detail, empathy with candidates, and clear communication.
