Lucia Georgiou is a Cypriot-qualified lawyer with a strong background in corporate and commercial law, immigration, and real estate. She holds an LLM in Banking and Finance Law and an LLB from Queen Mary University of London. With nearly four years of experience, she has advised international and local clients on matters such as corporate structuring, contract drafting, M&A, regulatory compliance, and immigration strategy.
Lucia has worked with leading firms and institutions, including S.A. Evangelou & Co LLC (PwC Network), the Law Office of the Republic of Cyprus, Constantinou Panayiotou & Co LLC, and Kaleide Property Group. She currently practices at CPMLAW | Marios Papaloizou & Associates. Her legal work is complemented by commercial insight gained during her role as Business Associate at Kaleide, where she advised on cross-border investments, real estate transactions, and internal compliance.
