Joined the Cherenkov Telescpe Array (CTA) research group based at
the University of Geneva. For the first 4 months I was involved in a project
that studied the possibility of using two Silicon Phothon Multiplier (SiPM)
present on the CTA telescope chamber, for Stellar Intensity
Interferometry measurements. My activity concerned the project of an
experimental set-up capable of simulating as much as possible the real
conditions, as well as the data taking and the data analysis. For the last
months, I have also been working on the development of software capable
of extracting the gamma ray rate for the entire camera and per pixel of the
LST (Large Size Telescopes) together with the related simulations via
CORSIKA and sim-telarray.

Collaboration on the project of a new experimental area for the n_TOF
facility: "AREA 3" or "NEAR station". The role in the project was to
simulate with fluka platform various combinations of filters and
collimator of different material, shape and thickness, with the aim of
obtaining an experimental area that would allow measurements of
astrophysical interest, as well as single event effect studies, activation
measures and nuclear imaging.

Active participation in the preparation of experimental set-up, in data taking and in
data analysis for the measurement of the n_TOF neutron flux with SiMon2
detector in EAR2@n_TOF;

Test on Silicon detectors for the measurement of the 7Be(n,α) and ) cross section in
EAR2@n_TOF;

The candidate has been responsible for simulations of the Proton Recoil
Telescope performed with GEANT4. The PRT will be used for the
measurement of the 235U(n,f) cross section from 200 MeV up to 1 GeV;

The candidate has been responsible for the analysis of the 7Be(n,p)
measurement performed in EAR2@n_TOF. The measurement is of interest
for the Cosmological Lithium Problem. She did also simulations with Geant4 to
the experimental set up.

performed in EAR1@n_TOF. The measurement is of interest for the
Astrophysics.
