Hello! My name is Luca Ferrari, and I am a Web Developer & Designer with a strong passion for building digital solutions that are not only functional, but also creative and visually engaging. Over the years, I have combined my artistic background with my technical expertise, allowing me to approach projects with both a designer’s eye and a developer’s precision.

I originally studied graphic design at the Liceo Artistico Venturi in Modena, where I cultivated a deep passion for creativity, aesthetics, and the visual arts. This foundation has given me a unique perspective when it comes to web development: I don’t just write code, I craft experiences that are visually clean, user-friendly, and aligned with the client’s goals. Later, I strengthened my technical path with specialized training in web development, programming, and modern frameworks.

I have solid experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and MongoDB, as well as good knowledge of Java, TypeScript, and MySQL. I regularly work with frameworks and libraries such as Express, Angular, Vue.js, Bootstrap, and I am currently expanding my skills with React and AWS to ensure I can offer up-to-date and scalable solutions.

My development toolkit also includes:

• Version control & collaboration tools: GitHub, Git, FileZilla.
• Deployment & hosting: Render.com, DigitalOcean, and Docker (image creation, container management, networking).
• E-commerce: experience in developing and managing online stores using PrestaShop.
• Design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, XD — allowing me to integrate professional design work into technical development.
• Office & productivity tools: strong command of Microsoft Office and social media management platforms.

I gained hands-on experience as a Web Developer intern at Eeever Digital Agency (Modena), where I managed and developed e-commerce solutions with PrestaShop. This experience allowed me to work closely with real clients, deal with project requirements, and refine both my technical and organizational skills.

Previously, I also worked in the metalworking sector and in customer service roles. These experiences, while different from web development, helped me develop essential soft skills such as teamwork, reliability, adaptability, and the ability to manage tasks under pressure.
