I'm a fast learner and dedicated. I can assure you that I was able to do these tasks before. I'm always on time when it comes to finishing tasks. I'm very keen on details. I always double-check my work to make sure that there are no errors.

I was able to work as a Senior Agent and as an Operations Manager. I created the master list and timestamps for agents. I can do overtime as needed and I always make sure to finish all the tasks that will be given to me. I can also work every day as support because I know what's it like to be really busy. I'm very much trainable.
