• Maintaining precise records of all financial transactions, classifying and posting payments to the correct accounts, and ensuring accuracy in the accounts receivable ledger.
• Reconciling customer accounts and the AR ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved.
• Accurate recording and reconciliation of payments ensure the integrity of the company's financial records.
• Effective communication and prompt resolution of billing issues help build positive relationships with customers.
