I have over more than 4 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer and part of it is dealing with different customers. Thus, Customer Service task takes place because I am able to talk to them regarding with their desired design to each works. Building an emotional connection with customers is not easy because you need to address all of the customer's concern without lacking empathy.
