Project: FIFO (First In First Out) Stock Management RFID based alert system

Development and Testing

• The manufactured stocks need to be sent to the market according to the date of

manufacturing

• Multiple sensors involved in order to alert the wrong entry and exit of product by the

workers.

• Alert system will be on until and unless the authorized person taps his RFID card near

the system.

• Was installed in 11 racks each rack capable of holding 6 boxes.

Project: Wireless Controller and Video Surveillance for Pipe Internal Testing using

RS232

Software Development and hardware Testing

• Communication between two controllers for more than 1km and video surveillance

• Controls where given to relays which were controlled by switches.

• Display unit was given on the transmitter side in order show the state of the switch.

• Video surveillance for monitoring purpose

• Hardware/ PCB design/ firmware and cloud integration of tracSenzTM. A

wearable device which tracks the movements and determine the live location.

Cutting edge features like poly fensing, circular fensing, runs with low power

• Pendent Panic Button - designed and developed a solution for emergency care in hospitals, old age

homes, etc

• Firmware enhancement, trobleshooting, Deployment, support and maintenance of waterSenzTM (IOT

based water availability management system)

• Worked on many AFE (analog front end) chips from TI, maxim Integrate.

• Hands-on experience in designing different electronic circuits like charging

circuits, voltage booster circuits, voltage level matching circuits, low voltage

cut-off circuit, signal boosting circuits etc

• Worked with intern to develop non-intrusive Ultrasonic water flow meter.

• Interfacing hardware with Bluetooth, Wifi, GSM and RF and many sensors like

PIR, ultrasonic sensor, temp sensor, IR sensor, LDR, flow sensor etc

• Sensor interfacing with hardware (SPI, I2C, UART)

• Collaboration/guidance for fresher's and interns on product development.
