Curriculem Vitae Louise Moule- Personal Statement I have been working in home based positions since 2011. During this time I have accumulated experience in chat moderation, customer support, content writing and risk analysing. I am adaptable and quick to learn new skills. With the ability to multi-task and stay organised and focused in high pressure situations. I have always shown myself to be an avid team player, while also working well in personal performance situations, being able to follow instruction and use my own initiative where needed. I have a strong, reliable, fibre optic, Internet connection. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office, and other online word processors. While also being familiar with the majority of social media platforms, and networking sites. I am reliable and flexible with the hours that I am available to work, including unsociable hours, evenings, nights and weekends. Employment History Risk Analyst / Home Based Crisp Thinking July 2018 - Ongoing I am responsible for analysing and monitoring content that has been uploaded to a number of Social Media platforms. It is my responsibility to ‘flag’ any apparent risks or queries within this content. Customer Support / Home Based VDesk Oct 2018 - March 2019 My responsibilities involved responding to a large number of customers, across a wide range of online platforms. Content Writing / Home Based TBC Collective March 2018 – June 2018 I was responsible for writing content for a new website that was soon to be launched. My responsibilities included researching specific items, then describing them in a fun and exciting way, which would encourage customers to buy the product, while also giving them all the information they need within the description. This was a short term position Chat Moderator / Home Based Online Gaming / Ladbrokes Coral Group Ltd August 2013 – March 2018 I worked mostly within the Gala Bingo sector of the Ladbrokes Coral Group, hosting Coral and Ladbrokes sites when needed. My main tasks were to chat with and entertain players, while providing customer support within the chat rooms. I would respond to numerous queries, while keeping records, and collating valuable feedback where possible. Working for this large company I gained a vast amount of experience. Over the years I covered a large number of promotions, working with many different sidelines and features, while actively interacting with their social media pages as an administrator. I was always flexible with the hours I worked, working mornings, evenings, night shifts and weekends, while offering for cover when needed. Chat Moderator / Home Based Online Gaming / Cassava Enterprises Ltd March 2011 – August 2013 While working for Cassava Enterprises I was lucky enough to work on a variety of sites, including some of the largest sites, Costa Bingo and Foxy Bingo, alongside some of the smaller sites, Gossip Bingo and Sing Bingo. This enabled me to build up a large amount of experience within the online gaming Industry. Previous Employment Prior to 2011 I have worked in various bars, hotels and restaurants, in Portugal, Britain, Holland and the Canary Islands, where I accumulated a wide variety of experience, engaging with customers at the forefront of these businesses. Many of these positions were in managerial roles. Previous to that, I qualified in Mechanical Engineering. I was employed by numerous fabrication companies, working with metals, wood and plastics. Full details of these jobs are available on request. Interests I try to keep fit and healthy and have an interest in food health and natural remedies. I previously spent many years travelling, where I loved to meet new people and learn about different cultures. I have an open mind and love to research online, continually educating myself on new topics. I also enjoy arts and crafts and have a keen interest in photography. I love animals and try to volunteer at local charities where I can. Education I achieved 6 GCSE qualifications in secondary education. I hold a level 1&2 NVQ in Mechanical Engineering. I hold a Diploma in Plant Based Nutrition. I am currently completing diplomas in, Alkaline Nutrition, Advanced Masters Herbalist 1&2 and completing a Freelance Writing Business course.
