I’ve worked as a Senior Project Manager / Programme Director for over 15 years,
delivering complex, multi-channel projects for leading agencies across WPP, Publicis,
and Omnicom.
My background spans large-scale website and eCRM builds, brand development, B2B
product development, 360 campaigns, TVC production, brand strategy, and delivery.
I have a strong track record in establishing agency processes, mentoring project
manager teams, and managing multiple projects simultaneously—often with global
stakeholders, C-suite clients, and third-party partners.
Above all, I believe effective project management is as much about people as it is
about process. It’s about understanding clients, anticipating needs, and bringing calm,
clarity, and momentum to every stage of delivery.

I am currently Programme Lead for one of DDBs key accounts; managing 2 PMs, with over
20 projects; managing our ongoing forecast of 700K per quarter.
I am also running several large scale projects, including, B2B training materials, CEFs
(Customer Experience Flows), programme and product level implementation guides and
site UI redesign workstreams for Botox and other Allergan brands.
2023 - 2024 / Programme Director / HugoMRM (Freelance)
Programme Director across several key accounts - Highlight was working as a partner
Sitecore, where we delivered their new brand and digital UI experience from the ground
up over a 10 month period.
Working with C suite clients across EMEA and the US. This was an amazing project to lead
with our senior Hugo & Cat leadership team..
