Louisa Hopcroft

While completing my Bachelor of Arts and Media at the Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology, New Zealand, I took extra papers through the Creative Writing programme in poetry and script writing.

For the past two years I have been a remote part time contributor for The Lovepost Global. The writing I have shared here is both formal and poetic, conversing within current environmental, social, political, and spiritual discussion. In liaising with interviewees and conducting interviews I am aware, curious, engaged, and culturally sensitive. I am able to write to deadlines and creative briefs, research and understand assigned topics, while still retaining an authentic creative voice. I am capable of editing and proofreading content critically, refining information and understanding flow.

My personal writing - a combination of poetry and prose - is regularly shared through social media, and in the process of self-publishment by the end of 2019.
