Training and coaching of participants in building , trouble shooting, staging various tables and chair/ misc furniture for delivery, training participants in use of hand tools and power drill, adhering to Beck's daily delivery quota and deadlines. Duties: As captain, I was responsible for opening/closing procedures for front of house, front door greeting and ID check, assisting guests with any and all requests, questions or complaints maintaining 100% guest experience at all times, area setup, setup for incoming parties or at times quick and creative turn arounds for unexpected call ahead parties. After being asked to take over position of parking lot security, I was responsible for the safety of every guests vehicle, as well as the guests themselves from parking lot to front door, constant patrols of main parking lot as well as employee and manager parking. During my time as parking lot security, I was trained to be a team building event referee, which entailed facilitating structured events and maintaining control and participation of parties, as well as a positive experience with groups ranging from 60-300 guests. On the cleaning crew, I was responsible for thorough cleaning and sanitation of various parts of the building, on a rotating schedule. During which time I was also trained as a second receiving clerk for all food, supplies, and alcohol deliveries, checking order list carefully to make sure all orders are complete and damage free. My last position was midway technician. Duties included cleaning of all games daily in midway, minor electrical and construction repair, assisting guests with any and all questions or problems with games, fixing the game as fast and efficiently as possible and with as little inconvenience to the guest as possible.
