My name is Louie Rose Edroso 30 yrs of age .I've work as receptionist .Im handling phone calls from guest ,solving there complaints ans as well as there needs .Im also the responsible person for online booking ,walk in guest and do the pricing for the room rent .I also take care of the processed of checking in the guest bothe walk in and online booking guest,communicating with housekeeping staff and make sure there room is ready ,well cleaned and they have the things they needed in staying with us .I also do checked out guest ,and most specially handling the guest staying in longer period in our hotel.
