I am an experienced and hardworking professional with a total of nine years of experience in teaching and customer service. For the past six years, I have been working as an ESL teacher, helping students of different ages and levels improve their English skills. I teach speaking, listening, reading, and writing, and I always make sure my lessons are fun, clear, and easy to understand. I enjoy seeing my students gain confidence and reach their goals. Teaching has also helped me develop strong communication, patience, and time management skills.

Before becoming a teacher, I worked for three years as a Customer Service Representative. I handled different types of accounts, including technical support, sales, healthcare, and telecommunications. I assisted customers with their concerns, answered product questions, fixed technical issues, and processed requests in a friendly and professional way. My time in customer service helped me become better at solving problems, handling pressure, and providing quality service.

In technical support, I helped customers troubleshoot device and system issues and guided them through the solutions step by step. In sales, I learned how to promote products, handle objections, and reach targets while keeping customers happy. In healthcare and telco support, I made sure that customers’ needs were handled accurately and with care, always keeping their satisfaction in mind.

Through my experience in both teaching and customer service, I have developed strong communication, adaptability, and multitasking skills. I am comfortable using computers, online tools, and different platforms for teaching and customer interactions. I can work well independently or as part of a team and always aim to give my best in every task.
