I had a month of experience as an outbound call center agent in which my task was to market a Singaporean hair salon and spa. My online job experience formally started on February 2017. I did scheduling of FB posts, data entry, and content researches. I have knowledge on the basics of using the Google drive, sheets and documents, and also Microsoft office, word and excel. I was then introduced to sourcing job on an RPO company from 2018 to 2020. After that, was able to work as a transcriptionist for a month before getting hired as a part time virtual assistant of an American entrepreneur in 2020. From then on, I learned few more skills on handling her social media, online shops, research, and other tasks.
