I've been with BPO industry for almost 8 years now. Through those years i was able to manage and be part of different campaign such as Big Telco in USA as Customer Service Rep and Techinical Support rep, Outbound and Inbound Sales for DME campaign, I am also part of the Quality Assurance Team. With these experienced i had it mold me and help a lot.
I have the ability to work under pressure specially in Sales, Communication wise these enhanced me, As a Quality Assurance Analyst this mold my Leadership skills and Time Management because of all the reports that needs to be pass on time. Lastly Perseverance and motivation that i always offer towards my work.
