Lorleen Farrugia

Dr. Lorleen Farrugia is a BPS chartered Social Psychologist specialising in child protection and child rights research. She is Head of Research at A1 research, where she consults with international organisations to advance child-centred approaches for advocacy and evidence-based interventions. Recently, she has focused her research and consulting efforts on child helplines and hotlines. Lorleen has a strong background in research, monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment. She also lectures at the Department of Psychology, University of Malta in methodology, critical psychology and the interdisciplinary area of children, youth, and media.
