I have 10 years of professional experience as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry and 8 years as a Claims Officer. Within these years, I experienced dealing with different customers who are irate, frustrated, worried, and afraid. Building an emotional connection with customers is not easy and it’s even harder when there are no verbal or physical cues to follow. Nonetheless, I’ve demonstrated success in responding to customers’ telephone and email queries in an accurate and timely manner because I value customers’ time.
