I led a team of Project Coordinators while constantly finding efficiencies that would create a seamless experience for our clients. Transparency and effective communication were key in building strong relationships with clients, technicians, and the internal team.
As the Director of Support Services at RecruitMilitary, I led a hybrid team of Account Coordinators that handled all customer service and product fulfillment for the company. I created the demo process we used to provide online training to the recruiters that used our services that led to them being more successful using our products. I worked directly with our IT Department to create automated workflows in our CRM that increased efficiency and supported consistency.
