Hi, I'm Lordan and worked as a Virtual Assistant for more than 2 years with having an experience as Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer.

My duties are interviewing clients and assisting them with the completion of loanapplications. Serve as a primary contract and liaison between clients, branch manager, and assigned loan originator and conduct meetings to coordinate any follow-up items. Coordinate and prepare documentation necessary for verification and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports and additional mortgage application paperwork. Review loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions and income calculation then report any discrepancies to the loan originator. Follow up and respond to customer on transactions as needed. Screen and make calls, book appointment and provide administrative support as needed. Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via Facebook and Instagram Scheduling call meetings.

Document each customer's question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution. Develop customer service solutions

Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features. Handle database by entering fresh and updated account and information, Organize source data for computer entry by assembling and classifying information, as well as certifying entry preferences. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
