For me being patient, nice/friendly and knowledgeable are the keys to have a happy customer. If it is not possible to give them what they need or want, we offer options that may suit their needs.
I am with the Quality Team and what I do is gather feedback from customers who seek assistance and check if they were treated properly by the representative. With that experience I learned MS Word and Microsoft Excel.
