I've been in the BPO industry for five years. I was able to handle different campaigns, from customer service to technical support to sales, to financial, and travel accounts. My strengths are versatility and flexibility. I learn fast, and I always look forward to learning more. I love talking to people, from different places. I feel like whenever I interact with people, I also find myself, like I belong to something, somehow. I love being able to help and be part of the solution to make any situation better. I feel confident that I'm able to always deliver, regardless of the situation. Customer service has always been and will always be a passion.
