Ive worked as a Customer Support Specialist in two Business Process Outsourcing companies and enjoyed the accounts I've handled. I've had experienced in checking credit standing and qualifying clients in availing of a credit card, selling books online, providing services regarding online accounts and more. 

A teacher. Yes, this is my profession. My specialization is business and livelihood. Perhaps is the reason why I am looking for a freelancing job or activity to engage in because this should be one thing to understand and learn in order to open the community in the possibility of earning with the use of technology. 

I've worked as a Member Services Officer in a government insurance institution. I am assisting more or less 60 - 80 clients on a daily basis in a very efficient and good quality service thru assessment of their data and membership, processing of loan and benefits withdrawal application. It was a full time office job, using different programs and applications that caters the system and data management of the company and indeed required best of my abilities in performing multiple tasks in serving clients and answering queries and also my expertise in using their programs. It is deemed challenging, but I always manage to deliver a worth time saving information and fast service.

As an employee I am confident that I always keep the responsibility on my job. I can be one of whom you are looking to help you with your tasks. I am always ready and willing to be trained. 

I completed a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship with units in Methods of Teaching. Passed the Civil Service Examination and Licensure examinations for Teachers. 

I am flexible with respect to working hours. You can always rely on me when it comes to deadlines.
