My career as a Quality Assurance Specialist in US healthcare account allowed me to develop a keen interest in developing and enhancing the quality of healthcare being provided to our clients. My work entailed meticulous calibration and coordination with our stakeholders to make sure that we met their expectations. My work as a Quality Professional provided a platform of opportunities that evolved around delivering feedback and coaching peers, which where I learned a lot from. I actively participated in office projects like streamlining policies and procedure and determining quality "drivers" or areas of opportunities for my peers that aimed to promote quality awareness and helped promote error reduction. I believe that by knowing the areas of opportunities of my peers, coupled with proper coaching to them, returned the favor to the company, clients, hence produced more sustainable income for the employees. My work as a Quality Professional had effectively contributed to my personal and communication skills, both oral and written. I really enjoyed conversing with people and be of positive influence to them. I believe that being a diligent quality assurance professional is measured by the amount of effort I have exerted in promoting a culture of excellence to my peers.
