From Point of Sales down to Inventory, from Accounts Receivable to Accounts Payable. I also handled bookkeeping using Peachtree software which enhance my knowledge in classify various business transactions.
Managing a team needs Admin task which have given me the ability to guide and lead individuals. Since the start of my career, I have been using MS Excel and MS Word for my reports and documentation which is similar to Google sheets and Google Docs.
I have worked as Virtual Assistance with Creative Lab as customer service representative for five months. It's a Chinese ecommerce website, selling assorted apparel, household supplies, and bed for dogs. I was assigned in the Facebook page, answering queries, handle complaints and providing customers status of their shipment.
As part of my pastime, I also do some simple graphic designing.
