Lariat wanted to maximize profits and gave me some raw data to figure out how. After cleaning and analyzing the data I presented my findings that could lead them to a net profit growth of almost 20%.
I formatted and presented this information in an understandable and actionable way.

When youth started leaving the church I decided to find out why and how to prevent it. After doing research and coming up with a plan I put into place a new format to engage with youth in a new way that saw participation growth of over 200% in one year.
Starting in this role there were 7 volunteers assisting in the program. I started looking for a different kind of volunteer and showed them that they were the kind of person that a teen needed. My volunteer team grew to over 20 people who actively engaged with the youth.
I came in to this job knowing it would be a 2 year experience for me so I had to develop a system that I could hand off to volunteers to keep the program running. When I left I had an easy, actionable, process in place that would take a volunteer only 30 minutes a week to keep the program running.
