Hello, world!

My name is  Lloyd Ulanimo, an online Filipino professional. I’m a survivor. Life doesn’t stop every time there is a storm. Life must go on. So I continue to hone my talents by pursuing a new career as a freelancer. 

I used to work as a Travel Agent in the Middle East before Covid came. As the global pandemic gets worse I was left in the Philippines. But I’m no quitter. I trained myself online while the world is on lockdown and learned freelancing work. Even though I don't have the financial resources to enroll with premium online tutorials, I struggle to find clients through various channels and online Agencies that accept new talents with zero experience and never had any apprenticeship. 

After I have encountered dozens of interviews, scams, and client decline, I found several clients in September 2020. Armed with my self-learning perseverance, I promised myself formal education with minimal financial and time resources to formalize my online career. 

I started working as an Amazon Virtual Assistant from my first agency while a General VA on the other. As projects are scarce and rare during that time I managed to learn as much as I could. I learned copywriting, content writing, email marketing, telemarketing, and Social Media Assistant to a Business coach. While I learned Amazon product research and scouting on the other hand. 

Graphic design using Canva is currently in demand for so many businesses that use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest as one of their marketing platforms. My advanced knowledge in photo editing is a plus for businesses that are using these social media platforms to get more customers and sales. And of course, research and data mining are some of the backbones of many successful marketing strategies. If you have good research and data mining in one of your projects then you will surely be able to come up with better marketing strategies for your business. Every successful website has good content as well as all graphics designs and awesome content. Thus, I believe that my basic content writing and marketing experience is a good plus.

I do not only work hard for my client, but I work with a heart to provide them the best of me. I value my client and their business as a family. If I have suggestions, I always tell my client about it because I was not only hired to earn but to help them grow their business. And besides growing their business with my help, also means that my client is helping me to grow".
