I've been in the customer service industry for a total of 8 years in a call center or BPO setting. I have dealt with a variety of roles within this industry ranging from technical support, banking, IT support and sales.
I've gone through trainings from top outsourcing companies which includes not just technical product knowledge, but also about customer service, tools, task and time management.
Majority of my past experiences deals with technical support for US-Based companies, one of which is Time Warner Cable. In my last job, I was working through Teleperformance for an ISP based in Australia - Telstra.
My task was to resolve Internet and computer related issues as well as assisting them with account questions, and up-selling for premium services.
I stayed for this industry for so long because I enjoy working and interacting with people. I love the challenges and I'm very flexible with change. I always see things positively with a can-do attitude. I am results driven so I would make sure I resolve the task or resolve any issues given to me with minimum supervision.
Over time I've proven I'm highly trainable and a fast learner. I also have a vast knowledge in computer technology and applications. You can rely on me to bring it all to the table with the right training.
