I have managed a team of 15-20 people who are responsible for providing customer support to around
2500 users. My role in the team is
• Determine and provide accurate/effective IT solutions for End-user/Project support requests and
coordinates requests with Tier 3 team or Vendors.
• Manage Support team to maintain/renew routine tasks for providing smooth service to end-users
within SLA(98% success rate).
• Register incidents/requests on the ticket management system and analyze for better user service.
• Perform RCA on user requests to eliminate recurring incidents. Incident numbers are decreased by
40% after six months.
• Allocate tasks and day to day jobs to team members. Ensure current IT customer service
performance meets the SLA.
• Investigate incidents related to cybersecurity and take related actions or escalate to respective
team.
• Ensure team members whether they’re following IT Policy as well as Safety Standards by providing
respective supervision.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory user accounts, security groups, and distribution lists.
• Create/update the respective service PCLs and other technical documents.
• Manage Print server, SCCM, VDI servers, and services.
• Process and take action as per OS deployments, security updates and AV status reports.
• Manage/maintain performance Print server, SCCM, AD servers, and VDI servers,
• Stock management. – maintain inventory management such as software license and hardware.
• Manage OS deployments, security updates, Antivirus Server Service status and analyze
cybersecurity team reports for security patch deployment.

Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support to end-users devices such as Windows PC, Laptop, printers, scanners,
Mobile Devices (IOS, Android, Blackberry).
Provided support to regular office software and Special software (Citrix, Vulcan, Primavera...etc).
Sort out end-user requests to come up with the best solutions which are fitting their needs.

My role was to maintain network infrastructure devices operation to provide smooth service to customers.
My responsibility is to maintain the following devices operation stable.

Plan and implement network infrastructure and deploy network environment servers like TACACS+,
