I was an intern at the College of Insurance in the Academic department. My duties were researching and writing reports on clients, compiling notes for the lecturers, invigilating certificate of proficiency exams in insurance companies, data entry, and record keeping and filling in for the librarian when necessary.

I also was involved in the internal internship program in the Kenya school of monetary studies. I was in the conferencing department. My duties were checking in of guests and checking them out, cashiering in the restaurant, balancing the books of the hotel and banking the cash received and data entry.

I worked as a direct sales representative in Faulu Bank. My duties were to:

Customer service-Interact with existing customers to increase the sales of the banks products and services e.g solving problems
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with banking clients through customer service.

I worked as an Office administrator and HR manager in a real Estate company called Acres investments Ltd. My roles included:

Receptionist – Receiving guests and ensuring that they were properly directed and served.
Keeping Employee leave records and managing employee leave days.
Keeping and managing the employee personal files.
Acted as a personal assistant to the three Directors in the company.
