ESE teacher for county school helping students with disabilities progress in school and prepare for life after school.
Developed Individual Education Plans for over 60 students and in 4 science classes providing instruction, goal setting, mentoring and coaching instilling personal accountability and empowerment in students resulting in a 50% average increase in students’ science grades and an increase in standardized test scores by 40%.
