Lineo Mothobi

I am a dedicated 31 years old female who completed her BA hon in Human Resources Management in the year 2018. I later worked that year as a human resources assistant then after 2 years got promoted to be a human resources officer.

In the year 2021, I got promoted again to head the department as the Human resources manager. I have gained experience in all the hunan resources functions more especially recruitment and selection in which I personally had to head the recruitment's whenever it was necessary.

As the Human resources officer my main duty was to ensure that the payroll was constructed from scratch till submitted to the finance department where they made payments for employees monthly. Having to make weekly and monthly reports was on of my duties as the Human resources manager of which I compiled all departments necessary reports made to the Human resources department to pass on to the executive board.

My strengths are working with people as a leader rather than being a manager. Having to work hand I hand with employees helped me a lot for I learned various tasks from vast departments. On the other hand my weakness to that particular strength is trusting employees so much that I find myself manipulated into performing the task I handed to my subordinate. I am an individual who is eager to learn and broaden my career. Having to join your team will help build my career and resume.
