I have four years of solid experience in real estate marketing. I have worked as a marketing coordinator for a real estate developer in the Philippines which develops residential and industrial properties. I have handled customer service and negotiations with clients, getting them pre-qualified for a property purchase and loan requirements, managing showroom and closing deals.

I have worked as a customer and technical service specialist for five years, being well-rounded and experienced in different lines of businesses like billing, technical support, chat support, email management, refunds, etc. I have worked closely with team leaders and managers with new hire on boarding and do one-by-one coaching between team members and other teams. I also have facilitated team huddles and organized events and activities as an engagement officer that promotes a fun and exciting environment within the workplace.

I have extensive experience also as an executive assistant who handles daily calendars and activities for the COO, manages travel and itineraries, oversee project timelines, monitors cash flow, office management, and handles customer and investor relations. I handled project management for an industrial park development in the Philippines , mainly overseeing processing and completion of permits and licenses, negotiating with the local government and government agencies concerned, and monitoring timelines and tasks to be accomplished as scheduled.
