The team lead of both the Data Capture and Quality Control teams making sure that the quality and accuracy of the reports are met. Daily revenue targets are being met by the team and implement solutions.
Manage a team of 12 staff members in three different departments.
Perform routine engagement with customers telephonic or via email to increase customer satisfaction and decrease customer complaints. The complaints percentage was decreased by 20% and customer satisfaction was increased.
Lead and assist the team to reach their daily revenue targets – I implemented various incentives to motivate the staff and therefore targets were reached on a regular basis.
Update customer queries with the relevant team and give feedback via email with the client within 24 hours – this was done by implementing a new system to monitor the response time achieved. Improvement of the queries response time by 15% and information on what type of queries being received.
A new operating system was introduced, and this improved the time worked by 50% and reduced the number of staffs needed – helped to test the system before being rolled out to the staff, along with training and any improvements needed to be done to the system.
Review the staff for yearly increases and give recommendation for the annual bonus and increases – analyze the individual target achieved against the revenue achieved.
