I am in the BPO Industry for over 7 years. I started working in an outbound call center locally and I started working from home last 2018. Most of the roles I had was being a Sales Development Representative, and being a Virtual Assistant. I do telemarketing, cold calling, lead generation, email marketing, appointment setting, customer service representative and doing admin tasks.

I use different kind of CRMs and tools like, Salesforce Lightning and Einstein, Salesloft, Phone burner, Xencall, Sales Dialer, Microsoft Office Excel/Word/Power Point, Ring Central, Confluence, Zendesk, Gong, Skype, Slack, Zoom, Loom and Rippling.
