I worked as a Customer Service Representative for 3 years under a Telecommunications company. I handled billing and technical concerns of customers from the USA, New Zealand, Australia, China, South Korea, Tonga, and India. I conversed excellently and ensured customers' satisfaction through empathy, applying my product knowledge, and assuring them that they got the right person on the line to resolve their concerns.

Last April 2017, I was awarded as the Top Agent under Prepay Level of Business under Vodafone-New Zealand. And I was chosen as one of the Team of Experts last January 2019 under T-Mobile - USA.

I am very much willing to learn new things and flexible enough to adjust to the intermittent changes and improvements within the company. I am reliable and a fast worker. I am also an organized and detailed person with the goal of properly doing the things assigned to me.
