I started as an Enumerator with the National Population Commission, where I worked directly with people from diverse backgrounds, gathering accurate data and managing sensitive interactions. This role strengthened my attention to detail, patience, and ability to communicate clearly while handling structured tasks.

I then moved into marketing as a Marketing Executive at Mutual Benefits Assurance, where I managed client relationships, handled inquiries, followed up consistently, and supported customer retention. This experience helped me understand customer behavior, build trust, and contribute to business growth.

My transition into media as a News Caster and Programme Producer further sharpened my communication skills. I learned how to present information clearly, manage deadlines, work with teams, and stay composed under pressure—skills that continue to shape how I engage with customers and stakeholders today.

Currently, I am trained as a Customer Success and Account Management, where I manage customer relationships, support onboarding, and guide customers through product adoption. I monitor customer engagement, identify potential issues early, and provide solutions that improve satisfaction and retention. I also support adoption efforts by guiding customers to fully utilize products and services, ensuring they get real value.

I am comfortable working with CRM tools like HubSpot,  and I maintain accurate records, track customer interactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience.
